As our Birmingham office continues to grow, we are seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer who is eager to learn, contribute, and build a long-term career alongside experienced professionals.

What You'll Do- Assist with civil site design and infrastructure planning for public and private projects
- Support project engineers with plan preparation, calculations, and technical documentation
- Participate in field visits and site evaluations to connect design with real-world conditions
- Prepare permit applications, reports, and construction documents
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong interest in site development, infrastructure, and community-focused projects
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow professionally
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
