Part-Time Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on bookkeeping experience and be highly proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate daily entries and General Ledger coding
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Process payroll
- Perform account reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all bookkeeping functions
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of recent, full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Must successfully pass employment verification, criminal background check, drug screening, and skills assessments
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time: 25–30 hours per week
- $18–$25/hour DOE
