Overview:

This is an amazing opportunity to enjoy a full 40-hour + paycheck (with overtime during peak production), discounts and bonuses. Plus, radically affordable health insurance after 30 days.

• $17 to $20 hourly
• $2hr Weekly Attendance Bonus
• Overtime potential at $25.50+/hr
• 1st Shift, 2nd Shift

What you'll do as a Cherry Picker Operator:

• Operate machinery: Safely operate a cherry picker to move materials, retrieve products, and lift personnel to elevated positions.
• Fulfill orders: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stock inventory: Stock shelves and restock materials.
• Inventory management: Use RF scanners and other systems to keep track of inventory, process shipments, and maintain accurate records.
• Loading and unloading: Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks and other vehicles.
• Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the equipment and report any issues or needed repairs.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience operating a cherry picker or similar equipment, such as a forklift or other powered industrial vehicle.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, safety procedures (like OSHA guidelines), and inventory control systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and computer skills.
