Cashier - Game Day

SGA Lists is a leading staffing firm and is growing our team in Auburn. We are looking for Cashiers and Food Service Professionals to join our team who will be working on Game Days (2025) and days before and after .... Very exciting!

Job Summary:

As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers.
• Scan goods and collect payments.
• Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets.
• Redeem coupons and stamps.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Keep reports of transactions.

Experience:

• Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales position is preferred.
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a professional manner.

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week.

Shift:

• 10-hour shift
• 8-hour shift

Ability to Commute:

• Auburn University, AL 36849 (Required).
