Welder – 2nd Shift

Location: Bridgeport, AL

Pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 2nd Shift — 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (Mon–Thu)

About the Role

We are hiring entry‑level welders who are ready to start their career in a fast‑paced fabrication environment. If you’ve recently completed welding school or earned certifications and want hands‑on experience, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills with a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform basic MIG and/or Flux‑Core welding on production parts
• Follow instructions from leads and supervisors to complete daily tasks
• Assist with grinding, prepping, and cleaning materials
• Learn to read and follow simple blueprints and weld symbols
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support general shop operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• No experience required — welding school graduates encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of welding processes (MIG, FCAW, or SMAW)
• Ability to use grinders, tape measures, and hand tools
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Preferred (Not Required)

• Welding certifications (FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, AWS D1.1)
• Experience from school labs, shop classes, or internships

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgeport, AL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
