Document Control Specialist - Drawings, Scanning & Records Management
- 3 - 5+ years experience using small & large document scanners and plotters.
- This role will be onsite at the Calhoun County Plant and specifically includes the scanning of small and large format drawings and data entry for capturing meta-data from drawings.
- Need to have some knowledge of records management processes and familiarity with engineering drawings.
- Leased worker must have some proficiency in using the MS Office Products such as Outlook and Excel.
- Must also have some working knowledge in using scanning and PDF software.
- Timekeeping utilizing company timekeeping system for yourself.
- Job role will require managing and handling of large drawings, that may be frail and delicate due to aging and could require the need to lift and move boxes.
