Greeter/Receptionist

The Receptionist will hospitably greet clients, answering the phone system, transferring calls, taking messages while delivery promptly to apporpriate person, keeping customer exit packages ready for handout and provide a Service Experience to our customers second to none. This individual must be outgoing, organized, cheerfiul and have an attitude of providing the best customer experience possible, each and everytime. This individual mus be reliable, responsible and accountable to get the job done as instructed. The ability to pass a drug test is also a must. Job Responsibilities

• Understands and follows the greeter process
• Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business and directs to the appropriate destination or appt by phone
• Diffuses client concerns and directs to the appropriate member for assistance
• Attends department meetings as needed
• Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
• Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication
