Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM (start your weekend early!)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Removing and reinstalling automatic and manual transmissions accurately and efficiently
• Performing transmission services-fluid and filter changes, pan drops, and external inspections
• Assisting with transmission diagnostics using scan tools, test drives, and hands-on troubleshooting
• Handling related drivetrain components like mounts, CV axles, drivelines, and transfer cases
• Collaborating with builders and service advisors to keep jobs moving smoothly
• Driving and test-driving a variety of vehicles-FWD, RWD, AWD, and 4x4-to verify concerns and confirm repairs
• Assisting in safely moving non-running or disabled vehicles in and out of the shop as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized bay and consistently delivering high-quality work
• Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable operating different vehicle types
• Taking pride in your work and being a key part of a high-performance team
• Ability to remove or replace a transmission in book time or less.
• Ability to work in a team environment

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an R&R Technician or similar
• Must provide your own basic tools and know how to use them
• Strong mechanical knowledge and solid problem-solving skills
• Physically able to lift heavy parts and work in a fast-paced shop
• Must have removed and replaced at least two transmissions in the past 2 months
