- Meet awesome people and help them find the perfect insurance coverage to fit their unique lives
- Turn complex insurance jargon into easy-to-understand advice (youre basically a superhero with words)
- Hunt down new leads and build relationships that last
- Keep the paperwork flowing smoothly because details matter!
- Team up with underwriters and claims pros to make magic happen behind the scenes
- Stay sharp on the latest insurance trends and products youre always one step ahead!
- Someone with a go-getter attitude and a big smile
- Licensed or ready to get licensed (well help you!)
- Sales experience? Awesome. Insurance experience? Even better. But if youre a quick learner with passion, that counts too!
- Killer communication skills you can talk to anyone and make it fun!
- Tech-savvy enough to tackle CRM and Microsoft Office without breaking a sweat
