Paralegal

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to support case preparation
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Prepare subpoenas, interrogatories, deposition notes, legal briefs, and requests for production
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely communication
- Assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Identify and analyze applicable laws, judicial decisions, and legal articles relevant to cases
- 3–5 years of legal experience
- Highly organized with excellent communication and client relations skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
- High School Diploma required; college degree and Paralegal Certificate are a plus
Normal Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
