The Opportunity
As a Sales Service & Marketing Senior Associate Intern, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of management consulting, where you will engage in diverse projects that challenge your analytical and strategic thinking skills. As an Intern, you will support teams and participate in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC practices. You will perform essential tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments and learning about developing your potential. This role emphasizes the importance of appreciating diverse perspectives and understanding the needs and feelings of others, while also building your commercial awareness and skills in management consulting. Responsibilities - Supporting client teams in delivering management consulting services focused on sales, service, and marketing strategies- Participating in customer journey analysis to enhance customer experience design and strategy
- Assisting in the management of customer data to improve customer relations and satisfaction
- Engaging in trend analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing customer strategies
- Applying analytical thinking to evaluate customer experience initiatives and recommend improvements
- Collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions for client challenges in customer experience

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000 and will be prorated for the time of employment. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable employment laws.
