SLP, School Based Speech-Language Pathologist
Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in the lives of students? We have an exciting opportunity for you in beautiful Monroeville! Join our team and help shape the future by providing quality speech-language services to students in a supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs) for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
