In this role, you’ll handle both inbound calls, ensuring callers have a seamless experience while entering their information into our database. Responsibilities
:
● Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers of various clients
● Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns
● Accurately enter information into our database
● Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
● Meet and exceed performance metrics to qualify for advancement
opportunities
Independent Contractor (1099)
Remote client servicing
Required virtual certification (10 days–6 weeks depending on program)
Performance-based continuation
Flexible scheduling after certification (within program guidelines)
Requirements
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Strong verbal communication skills
● Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
● Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency)
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (set your own schedule)
Technology Requirements (MANDATORY to begin work):
● Windows 11 desktop or laptop
● Minimum 16 GB RAM
● No Chromebooks or Apple devices
● Dual monitors recommended (not required at application)
● USB noise-canceling headset (not required at application)
