As a full-time SLP, you'll work 35 hours each week on a school-based schedule, collaborating closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams. With multiple openings available, specific caseload details will be provided during the interview, offering the flexibility to match your experience to the right group of students.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based environment highly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite with both individual students and groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Maintain clear documentation and progress records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Consult with educators and parents to optimize student outcomes in the classroom
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
