Regional Nurse Consultant
We are in search of a qualified Regional Nurse Consultant
Regional Nurse Consultant
Lead. Advise. Elevate Care.
If you’re a seasoned nursing leader who thrives on solving problems, driving excellence, and mentoring teams, this is your opportunity to make an impact on a larger scale. As a Regional Nurse Consultant with NHS Management, you won’t just oversee one building — you’ll shape the quality of care across multiple facilities, guiding leadership teams to deliver safe, compliant, and exceptional outcomes for residents.
With today’s aging population creating unprecedented demand for post-acute care, your expertise has never been more valuable. This role puts you at the forefront of clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency — with the freedom to bring fresh ideas, streamline systems, and raise the bar for care delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a trusted clinical advisor to facility leaders and nursing teams, ensuring they have the tools, systems, and guidance to operate at peak performance
- Conduct facility visits to assess compliance, identify opportunities for improvement, and mentor staff toward best practices
- Partner with Regional Case Managers to ensure care plans and coverage meet resident needs
- Lead proactive survey preparedness and support facilities during inspections
- Analyze key metrics — from Q.A. reports to incident trends — and help implement corrective action plans
- Provide expertise in risk management, clinical technology, and regulatory changes
- Champion customer service initiatives that enhance resident and family satisfaction
- Review and refine nursing policies to stay ahead of evolving industry standards
Why This Role is Different:
- Big-picture impact — influence multiple facilities, not just one unit
- Autonomy & variety — no two days are the same, and you’re trusted to make decisions
- Mentorship — guide leaders, shape culture, and inspire continuous improvement
- Professional prestige — you’re the go-to resource for clinical excellence
What You Bring:
- Strong leadership experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care
- Deep knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
- Ability to communicate clearly, coach effectively, and build trust with all levels of staff
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for high-quality resident care
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Elite Low-Cost Gold Plan Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance
- Dental, vision, and life insurance
- 401K with company match
- Paid holidays and vacation
- A career path with advancement opportunities
This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to lead from the front, shape the future of care, and leave your mark on an organization that values both innovation and compassion.
Join us and help us raise the standard — one facility at a time.
