salary: $46.53 - 62.81 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

Fulfill all Operations Plant Level deliverables for the Kitchen and Bath Development Process, managing fulfillment strategies, capacity evaluations, and supply chain integrity.
Act as the Project Manager for plant operations, driving critical manufacturing input into New Product Development (NPD) projects through DFMA, FMEA, and detailed design reviews.
Build accurate product cost models and provide technical support for Make versus Buy analyses to actively manage costs and meet critical launch targets.
Collaborate with Operations to develop and maintain project execution timelines, ensuring strict accountability for achieving the scheduled 'Inventory in Stock' date.
Act as a key change agent by actively identifying, proposing, and implementing process improvements across both manufacturing and New Product Development practices.
