- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Experience in family law/domestic relations litigation
- Active member of the Alabama (AL) state bar in good standing
- Strong research and analytical skills to handle complex legal issues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in using legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
- Empathy and the ability to understand clients' needs during difficult times
