Registered Nurse Supervisor (Mobile)

Saad Healthcare Service's home health program is growing rapidly, and an experienced highly motivated nurse is needed to fill the role of Nursing Supervisor. This is a full-time position in our main office in Mobile, AL. WORKING 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. NO Week End Work Required.

The Nursing Supervisor coordinates, directs, and supervises patient care management in order to provide comprehensive patient care. You will be responsible for a team of multidiscipline professionals who provide patient care. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing patients’ conditions, situations, and needs, in conjunction the supervising physician
• Providing high-quality nursing care through supervision of on-site caregivers, case conferences, home assessments, diagnoses care plans, and team exits.
• Evaluating, planning for, and recommending field staffing requirements in accordance with agency requirements.
• Ensuring that each nurse, aide, medical social worker, and rehabilitation specialists works within guidelines of our agency
• Acting as mediator with patients, physicians, case managers, families, and staff

You will be accountable to the Director of Nursing.

You must have a current valid Registered Nurse license and have at least five years’ experience in clinical care in a health care setting, including managerial experience. Home Health or Hospice experience a Plus !!!!

You must have excellent nursing skills, possess a high level of initiative, be responsible, and have good communication skills. You must also possess managerial capabilities and have the ability to work well with others.
