Genesis Staffing is seeking a Public Space Attendant for a premier luxury resort and in Fairhope, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in hotel, hospitality, housekeeping, janitorial services, or guest services who enjoys working in a beautiful, high-end environment.

As a Public Space Attendant, you'll help maintain the resort's indoor and outdoor public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and welcoming experience.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor public areas throughout the resort.
• Service the fitness center, outdoor pool, restaurant, and surrounding guest areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize common spaces.
• Clean and restock public restrooms.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Wipe down furniture, windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces.
• Monitor public areas and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to members and guests.
• Follow all resort cleanliness and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, housekeeping, janitorial, custodian, or public area attendant roles is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
