Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour
Job Schedule:
DayTimeMon01:00 PM - 09:00 PMWed01:00 PM - 09:00 PMSat09:00 PM - 05:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, security-related policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an automotive location.
- Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries entering the location, helping to identify unauthorized items, unusual activity, and/or access concerns.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and/or maintain visitor logs and screening records in accordance with site guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around designated areas and the perimeter, as assigned, while remaining aware of changing conditions across the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
