HR Manager
- Supervise and support our CAREGiver workforce
- Process applications and respond to applicant inquiries
- Prescreen, schedule, and conduct interviews
- Complete background checks, reference checks, and MVRs
- Make CAREGiver hiring decisions
- Coordinate and conduct CAREGiver Orientation and training
- Provide ongoing coaching and support throughout employment
- Maintain CAREGiver retention and recognition programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Leadership ability with a coaching mindset
- Comfortable presenting in one-on-one and small group settings
- Proficient computer skills
- Professional, dependable, honest
- 21+ years old with High School Diploma or GED
- HR/Office experience preferred but not required
