Overview Holley is investing in smarter, more scalable digital operations—and our Halo ITSM platform is at the heart of it. We’re looking for a Halo Application Engineer to own the design, development, and evolution of our Halo ecosystem. This role is all about building a seamless, intuitive experience for Holley employees while driving back-end performance, scalability, and integration across systems.You’ll bring deep knowledge of ITSM, iPaaS, API integrations, and ITIL v4 concepts to help ensure our incident, request, and change processes don’t just work—they empower. Key Responsibilities Halo Platform Engineering & Configuration- Design, develop, and maintain Halo workflows, service requests, dashboards, and user interfaces to support evolving business needs.
- Implement and continuously enhance incident, service request, change, and asset management modules aligned with ITIL v4.
- Regularly improve usability through configuration, testing, and feedback loops with end users.
- Lead the design and development of API integrations between Halo and other key systems (e.g., M365, SharePoint, Azure AD, Entra, Workato).
- Build scalable, secure workflows that automate routine tasks and eliminate manual friction across teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly and sustainably.
- Serve as a Halo subject matter expert (SME) across the organization.
- Participate in change management processes, ensuring all platform changes are well-documented, tested, and communicated.
- Write and maintain internal documentation (SOPs, KBs, training guides) for end users and IT stakeholders.
- Conduct training and enablement sessions for users and admins to drive adoption and best practices.
- Partner with product owners and IT leadership to align Halo development with strategic goals.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement in delivery.
- Foster a culture of documentation, knowledge sharing, and proactive support across the IT org.
- Act as the primary liaison to Halo vendors and support partners, managing escalations, service issues, and roadmap discussions.
- Coordinate feature requests, patch deployments, licensing, and contract renewals to keep Holley aligned with Halo’s capabilities and updates.
- Ensure vendor SLAs are met and tracked and manage vendor communications during incidents or platform issues.
- 5+ years of experience developing and configuring within Halo Service Solutions, with deep knowledge of the full platform.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL v4, and process modeling for enterprise service delivery.
- Experience integrating APIs between Halo and backend or SaaS systems.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
- Experience with integration platforms like Workato or Microsoft Entra.
- Strong background in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially SharePoint and Azure AD.
- Application integrations (M365, ChatGPT, PowerBI)
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable leading discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized—you can juggle multiple priorities while keeping your code and documentation clean.
- Experience designing or re-architecting ITSM tools (e.g., migrating from legacy systems to Halo).
- Familiarity with identity governance, SSO, or access control policies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into highly usable Halo forms, flows, and dashboards.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning, improvement, and cross-functional problem solving.
