PMO Support Analyst - Global Finance Services
- Supporting PMO operations through coordination of administrative activities, templates, and documentation
- Facilitating strategic projects and business change initiatives with technology and cross-functional stakeholders
- Analyzing performance metrics and ad hoc data to monitor process efficiency and support decisions
- Coordinating onboarding activities for member firms joining the S4 platform across multiple time zones
- Maintaining enhancement tools, sharing best practices, and supporting continuous improvement efforts
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in professional services, finance operations, PMO support, or program coordination
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management methodologies, processes, and tools
- Experience supporting stakeholders in a global or matrixed organization
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Experience with SAP or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
- Experience developing presentations for leadership audiences
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools in a business setting
