What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-set, qualified appointments provided by our internal team — no cold knocking required.

• Generate your own opportunities to maximize earnings (extra commission for self-generated leads).

• Consult with homeowners in their homes, build trust, and design solutions that refresh their space.

• Present a high-demand, premium product that sells itself when delivered with confidence.

• Ask for the sale and close — because that's where the reward lives.

Who Thrives Here :

• Current in-home sales professionals (home improvement, construction, remodeling, roofing, windows, etc.)

• Real estate professionals ready for consistent, high-ticket earning potential

• Outside sales reps who excel in face-to-face environments

Sales experience is a plus — but drive, coachability, and hunger to earn matter more.
