We are centrally located in Montgomery, right off of Carmichael Rd. We are looking to grow our company and to add more dedicated staff to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, and implement treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to target each child's individual goals.
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure the carryover of learned skills into the child's daily life.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of daily sessions, patient progress, and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in discharge planning and provide caregiver education to ensure continued success post-treatment.

Requirements:

• Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Alabama.
• OTR/L.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, teachers and colleagues.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility in adapting to various therapy scenarios.
• Humor, and the ability to adapt quickly during therapy sessions.
