Genuine conversations with people who are expecting your call or visit.

What You’ll Do

• Work Warm Leads: Connect with pre-qualified clients who have already shown interest — no cold prospecting required
• Build Relationships: Meet with clients in person or virtually to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Present & Close: Explain coverage options clearly and help clients complete applications with confidence
• Follow-Up & Retain: Maintain lasting client relationships and ensure continued satisfaction
• Earn & Grow: Track your performance, manage leads, and grow your book of business — earning residual income every month

• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a state life insurance license (temporary licensing available in Alabama)
• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required; we’ll train you
• Reliable transportation
