We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers through outside sales efforts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate product features and benefits, providing tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked appropriately to meet demand.
Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving product offerings.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to assist in product development.
RequirementsProven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in inventory management practices is a plus.
Familiarity with software tools related to sales tracking and customer relationship management.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Previous experience in automotive sales is an advantage but not required.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
