Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a **Senior .Net Developer** to join the team of IT professionals in a role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are in search of an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the opportunity for you! **Responsibilities:** + Lead Onshore Run Support for Imaging WF + Handle day-to-day support tickets during the onshore support window + Build application knowledge for apps owned + Proactively introduce automation and CI to reduce running costs + Implement Gen AI into the CI/CD pipeline + Strengthen problem ticket resolution and help reduce run noise **Required Qualifications:** + Strong experience in .NET development, including C# and ASP.NET, with hands-on exposure to enterprise-level applications. + Proficiency in MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning. + Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, including incident, problem, and change management workflows. + Working knowledge of Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and root cause analysis. + Hands-on experience with Rancher for container orchestration and Kubernetes cluster management. + Understanding of Kafka architecture, including producing/consuming messages, topic configuration, and stream processing. + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues across multiple layers (database, backend, integration). + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in ticket-based support environments. **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for the position is between $46,992 - $75,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
