Distribution Specialist

PrimePay currently has an opening for a full-time Distribution Specialist in our West Chester, PA office. The Distribution Specialist is a supportive role in our mail room and considered a very important part of our team in providing timely delivery of payroll to our clients. This position is responsible for organizing and packaging confidential customer information for shipment/distribution utilizing various delivery methods and/or services.

Responsibilities Include:

• Printing, packaging and distribution of payrolls for delivery
• Ensuring check count is accurate
• Packaging all reports in insertion with payrolls
• Logging shipments in FedEx software to create daily manifests
• Preparing distribution based on label instructions
• Communicating with Support team on packaging and delivery issues
• Operating and maintaining a check stuffing/sealing machine, printers and a postage meter
• Providing general administrative services to operations
• Handling of Year-End related requests for W-2 & Other Tax Return Shipments

Job Requirements:

• Physically able to perform the tasks while standing the majority of the day (85%)
• Able to physically lift boxes or packs of paper (25 – 40 pounds)
• Able to perform tasks quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Dependable and detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Experience with CRM software a plus
• Able to perform in a team environment
• Flexible with performing any tasks necessary to get the job done
• Able to work a later shift to support clients in other time zones
