+ Will be a part of the production system partnering team working with industry partners on delivering agricultural products
+ Support Engineering and Business team members in project delivery, product development, documentation, data and presentation materials, and other day to day tasks

**What Skills You Need**
+ Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Engineering
+ Technical background in mechanical, hydraulic or electrical systems
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools,
+ Experience working with CAD tools
+ Ability to work 16-20 hours per week during the academic year
+ Ability to work 30-40 hours during the summer semester
+ Self-motivated
