Echo Tech (Cardiac Sonographer) – 13-Week Contract in Huntsville, AL

• RDCS or RCS Certification (Required)

• Experience performing echocardiograms independently in a hospital or clinical setting.

• Strong Communication Skills to work effectively with patients, physicians, and the healthcare team.

• A motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. ACLS preferred.

• Perform high-quality echocardiograms (2D, Doppler, and other advanced techniques) with precision and accuracy.

• Collaborate with physicians and the cardiology team to ensure timely, accurate diagnostics.

• Maintain and operate echocardiography equipment while ensuring it is in optimal working condition.

• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Assist with patient education and ensure their comfort throughout the exam process.
