ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Proactively engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions.
Policy Presentation: Clearly present insurance plans and options tailored to client specifications.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads and maintain a robust pipeline to ensure targets are met.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Networking: Actively participate in networking events to promote The Marcus Agency and generate new business opportunities.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging products to better assist clients.
RequirementsLicensing: Active Alabama Property & Casualty License preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions.
Customer Focus: Ability to provide excellent service and meet the needs of policyholders.
Flexibility: Able to adapt to hybrid work environments, balancing remote tasks with office responsibilities.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools and accustomed to leveraging technology to enhance sales processes.
