OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Gadsden, AL by HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Join HMD Trucking’s flatbed team in Gadsden, AL to transport freight coast to coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure and haul flatbed loads
- Follow federal and state safety guidelines
- Manage trip documentation and logs
Operate one of our 500+ late-model trucks featuring sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters, and rider seats, backed by full in-house maintenance.
Requirements:
- Class A CDL
- At least 12 months of OTR flatbed driving
We offer $0.70/mile starting pay, bonus opportunities, a $5,000 sign-on reward, regular home time, and a full benefits package.
