Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs by listening and asking questions

• Set, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments

• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, test drives, and product presentations

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles using the Mullinax Sales Process

• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and documentation

• Follow up regularly with customers via phone, text, and email

• Meet sales goals and performance expectations

• Maintain detailed knowledge of current inventory and promotions

• Build relationships for long-term customer satisfaction and referrals

• Attend team meetings and regular training sessions

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred

• Sales experience is a plus (but we will train the right person!)

• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills

• Self-motivated with a team-first attitude

• Comfortable using phone, text, and email to connect with clients

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Schedule:

• Full-time

• Includes weekends and evenings

Pay:

• Base salary + commission

• Monthly bonuses available

• Performance-based earnings – no cap on your income!
