As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol in Northport, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism, and communicate observations promptly. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeters to help identify and report unusual conditions or potential security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and coordinating with appropriate hospital personnel and first responders.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and help maintain an orderly environment for patients and visitors.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
