At Nimble Point-of-Sale, quality isn't just a box we check - it's the backbone of everything we build. Our configurable POS platform powers businesses of all kinds, and we're looking for a Software QA Engineer who's as passionate about precision as we are about flexibility.

In this role, you'll work to ensure our product's reliability - crafting and executing test plans, validating new features, managing releases, and making sure every update runs smoother than the last. You'll also help translate the technical into the practical by maintaining documentation, producing training videos, and serving as an internal go-to for tricky issues involving software features.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and execute regression test plan for cross-platform application.
• Feature testing and bugfix validation
• Release management
• Maintain end-user documentation
• Create end-user training video
• Function as an internal escalation point for call center / help desk

The ideal candidate has:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in software QA
• Working knowledge of Visual Studio and Github
• Prefer some knowledge of C# or similar language
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with video / screen capture tools and video editing
• Self-starter who constantly strives to find ways to improve processes
• Disciplined and methodical approach to their work
• Able to work well as part of a team
