Bleus Burger in Gulf Shores, AL is searching for line cooks to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is a high-volume, self-starter with a sense of urgency, motivated, team oriented and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Serv-Safe Standards
- Set up and stock station(s) with all necessary supplies and backups
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory
Qualifications
- 2 plus Years cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred but will train
- Current Serv-Safe Certification a plus
- Knife Skills
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
