We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Accountant with advanced expertise in Sage 100to manage essential accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of independently handling multiple office and financial tasks. Sage 100 proficiency is required — applicants without this experience will not be considered.
Pay: $50,000-65,000, doe
Shift: 1st shift schedule
Key Responsibilities for Office Administrator/Accountant:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable in Sage 100
- Perform job costing and prepare accurate monthly statements
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Generate reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operations
- Handle general office duties as needed
Qualifications of Office Administrator/Accountant:
- Expert-level proficiency in Sage 100 (required)
- Strong background in accounting or office administration
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
