Our client is hiring a Territory Manager to lead sales across a multi-state Southeastern U.S. region. The role focuses on direct engagement with equipment manufacturers and managing distribution partners. Products include components used in heavy-duty mobile and industrial machinery.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow customer accounts across a multi-state territory

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions

• Conduct on-site visits, product demos, and distributor training

• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM activity reporting

• Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in B2B manufacturing or industrial equipment

• Strong understanding of mechanical or hydraulic systems used in heavy-duty applications

• Proven success working with OEMs and distribution networks

• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely with 50% travel

• Experience in sectors like forestry, waste handling, mining, or rail is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field)
