Automotive Service Technician – C. A. Russell Ford of Springville | Full-Time Location: Springville, ALSchedule: Full-time | On-site | Monday–Saturday rotation C. A. Russell Ford of Springville is looking for skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing service team. Whether you're an experienced Master Tech or a strong mid-level technician looking to advance, we offer a clean shop, steady work, and a team-first environment. We service a full line of vehicles—and we’re committed to quality work and professional development for every tech in the bay. Key Responsibilities: * Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on customer and internal vehicles * Complete work in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards * Document repair findings and recommendations clearly on repair orders * Communicate with service advisors on job status and repair timelines * Follow safety and cleanliness standards at all times * Participate in manufacturer training and certification programs as needed * Maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements: * 2+ years of professional technician experience preferred * Familiarity with Ford platforms a plus but not required * Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Must have own tools (shop equipment provided) * Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications: * ASE or manufacturer certifications * Experience with dealership service software (e.g., PBS, wiADVISOR, TechCONNECT) Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive hourly or flat rate pay (based on experience and certification level) * Paid manufacturer training and advancement opportunities * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and sick leave * Supportive team environment with strong leadership and stable work volume About C.
