**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter disruptive activity.
+ Monitor access points and observe activity to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.
+ Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols.
+ Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client staff to address site needs and provide support as directed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
