Heavy Equipment Operator

Construction Co. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license and be proficient in operating a variety of earth-moving equipment, such as dozers and excavators. This full-time role involves frequent travel to multiple sites and regular overtime work. Operators will report directly to the Site Manager.
Responsibilities
- Operate dozers, excavators, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Travel to multiple job sites as required
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and site regulations
- Coordinate with the Site Manager on daily tasks and project progress
- Work overtime and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment
