We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 332-unit residential community in Birmingham, AL. This is a great opportunity to work in a positive environment with a team that values quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete service requests/work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
- Maintain property standards and address maintenance issues promptly
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents
Qualifications:
- HVAC certification required
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must have own tools
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
