Make a lasting impact on students’ lives by providing psychological services in dynamic K-12 environments near Spanish Fort, AL. We are seeking dedicated, on-site professionals—School Psychologists or Psychometrists—to contribute their expertise in school settings, supporting students’ emotional, social, and academic well-being. Two positions are open, with assignments at an elementary campus and an itinerant private school cluster, offering variety and meaningful engagement across different educational settings.

Interviews for this opportunity will be held exclusively for on-site candidates on April 15, 2026. The assignment is slated to run from March 23, 2025, through May 29, 2026, with a strong likelihood of renewal for the extended and next school years based on your performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Alabama School Psychology License (active status required)
• Experience managing K-12 caseloads in school settings
• Adaptability for itinerant assignments (especially for the private school position)
• Ability to present proof of licensure at interview
• Commitment to working a full-time, 37.5-hour week on-site
• Highly organized and able to meet time-sensitive credentialing requirements

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments
• Deliver counseling, consultation, and intervention services to students and staff
• Collaborate closely with school teams, administrators, and families
• Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Travel between multiple school locations (as assigned)
