The Department of Surgery at the University of South Alabama Frederick P. Whiddon College of Medicine is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Pediatric Surgeon on a part-time basis at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level to join as a faculty member in Mobile, Alabama. The candidate should have a keen interest in academic surgery, including patient care, medical education, and research. Applicants must be board eligible or boarded by the American Board of Surgery for Pediatric Surgery. Teaching residents, medical students, and advanced practitioners is an integral part of the role.
