Key Requirements:
Schedule follow-up appointments and procedures.
Collect copays, balances, and process payments.
Verify patient information and update records.
Provide patients with visit summaries, referrals, and instructions.
Answer phones and assist with general inquiries.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Support front office operations as needed.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred.
Shifts:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Monday - Friday
- Week to Week
