Ocean is seeking a deatailed oriented and efficient gard manager (salad station cook) to join oir fine dining kitchen. The role is responsible for executing all cold dishes with precision, conisitency, and speed.
- Prepare and plate all salads- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station
- Communicate effectivley with kitchen
- Prep all needed ingredients - Previous kitchen experience required
