Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg travel assignment in Dothan, AL, requiring at least 1 year of Med/Surg experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

Details

• Day shift position, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Medical/Surgical unit (Floor 1) in a hospital setting
• 13-week travel contract
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• Current BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications required; ACLS may be pending at time of consideration if obtained prior to start
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• US Social Security Number required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
