Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or relevant support role in school settings preferred
• Understanding of elementary-age student needs and developmental stages
• Ability to collaborate with both on-site staff and virtual specialists
• Professional, dependable, and flexible in adapting to varied student requirements
• Comfortable with basic technology to support virtual program delivery

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance of a virtual SLP to implement customized support plans for elementary students
• Assist with academic and communication activities designed to meet IEP goals
• Facilitate communication between students and virtual specialists, ensuring student engagement
• Provide classroom and small group support based on individual and group needs
• Monitor student progress, actively participate in team meetings, and document observations as required

Role Specifics:

• Contract position, beginning 8/12/2026 through 5/20/2027
• 28 hours per week, scheduled across 4-5 days
