‍⚕️ What You’ll Do

1. Provide high-quality nursing care during overnight hours
2. Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
3. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
4. Support and supervise CNAs to ensure excellent care delivery
5. Communicate with providers and interdisciplinary team as needed
6. Maintain accurate, timely documentation

✅ Qualifications

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
2. Strong clinical and assessment skills
3. Experience with EMR/documentation systems
4. Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
5. Compassionate, patient-centered approach
